Reservation Policy
Please review our Room Reservation Agreement:
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Reservations must be paid upon arrival.
- While we make every effort to accommodate requests for specific cabins we reserve the right to change room assignment when necessary.
- The Cottages at Clear Lake is an entirely non-smoking establishment. Smoking in the guest rooms, suites or porches will result in a cleaning fee.
- Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations, date changes or unscheduled early departures within 60 days of arrival will be subject to 100% of the total reserved room charge plus tax.
Cancellation policy:
If you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 60 days notice, less a $50 administrative fee. If you must make a last minute cancellation, we will return your payment as long as we are able to rent your cottage to another guest for the entire reserved period. We make every effort to re-rent the cottage and return your payment.
Please note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of illness, family emergency or weather. As such, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.
Rooms are ready for check-in after 4:00 P.M.
Check-out time is 10 A.M.
